Reasons for a No-Refund Policy:
- Digital Nature of Services: Our services may be digital or intangible, making it impossible to return the service once provided.
- Labor and Resources: Provision of services often involves the allocation of labor, time, and resources. Once these resources have been utilized, a refund may not be feasible.
Exceptions:
While our general policy is a no-refund policy, Stellar Visa and Travel Assist reserves the right to make exceptions under the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If there is a severe service issue or grievances related to provision of services, we will assess the situation and may offer a refund or alternative resolution.
- Misrepresentation: In cases where the service has been significantly misrepresented on our part, a refund or alternative solution may be considered.
Customers are encouraged to review our service descriptions thoroughly before making a payment. By proceeding with a payment, customers acknowledge and accept our no-refund policy.
