Australia Online Visa Application Checklist
Required documents to lodge student visa application:
- COE
- Original academic documents including IELTS/TOEFL/PTE score.
- Digital copy of colored photograph 45mm / 35mm.
- Original current and all previous passports with travel details_ Scanned copies
- List of countries travelled to in last 10 years (DD-MM-YYYY)
- Original Birth Certificate. _ Scanned copy.

- CV with work details and 1 contact person details for each company worked.

- Statement of Purpose or GTE statement

After visa application, student will require to do Medical with the authorized panel physicians and provide Biometric at VFS (only available in Dhaka)
Required documents for tourist visa application:
A clear copy of your valid passport. It should include your personal information, photo, passport issue, expiry date, and any pages showing your immigration stamps.
A copy of your NID card
A recent passport-sized photograph.
Proof of financial support, such as bank statements for 6 months and other financial solvency related documents.
Office forwarding letter and payslips (if employed)
Purpose of Travel with explanation
Travel itinerary, including dates or other evidence of planned activities during stay in Australia.
Invitation letter from friends or relatives in Australia.
A police certificate.
Birth certificate for applicants who are under 18 years old.
Proof of assets in home country
Documents related to income tax returns, tax records, or credit card statements.
Required documents for tourist visa application:
- Visa Application Form
- Copies of all pages of your current and previous passport
- Certified copies of birth certificates, showing names of both parents.
- One recent passport sized photograph (45mm x 35 mm) attached to the front of the application form.

Financial Documents

- If you are retired: Evidence of your retirement – for example a letter from your employer.

- Opening profile at the US embassy visa application portal
- Assist in filling up of US Visa application form
- Document guidance and arrangement in the proper order
- Schedule appointment and confirmation letter for biometric data enrollment and visa interview
- Visa fee deposit slip generation, assist to pay the visa fee, update CGIS slip in the profile
- Training on visa interview with the visa officer
Mandatory document to be submitted by the applicant to the embassy for visa interview:
- Passport with validity not less than 6 months from the date of application
- Appointment confirmation letter
- DS160 application confirmation page
- CGI cash deposit slip
- Two copies of 50mm X 50mm (2”x2”)-size color picture with white backgrounds, specific guideline needs to be followed directed by the embassy in this regard

- Trade license, Memorandum of Association, Certificate of Incorporation, Form-12, Income Tax Certificate, e-TIN number, and other relevant business documents.
- Updated Bank statements for the last 12 months have a significant amount of balance i.e. 30 lac around

- Photocopy of International credit card if available
- If the applicant is a Government Service holder, then a copy of the GEO
- If the applicant is a retired person, then the proof of retirement
- All previous passports
- Proof of relationship with spouse and children even if they are not travelling along i.e marriage certificate, birth certificates, copy of passports, etc.

Terms and conditions
- The visa issue is a discretionary matter and under the jurisdiction of the visa officers only, Stellar will put all reasonable efforts into making the visa application case a success.
- The visa interview date will be subject to the available interview slot at the embassy.
- Stellar’s service charges are non-refundable irrespective of the visa application outcome.
- Service charges should be paid 100% in advance vide account payee cheque in favor of Stellar Visa and Travel Assist, A/C. No. 1041350000170, Routing No. 095261720, Eastern Bank Limited, Gulshan Branch or by using bKash mobile banking at 01844-601029
- Steller will not be held responsible for any sort of misleading information given by the applicant that may lead to rejection
- Visa Information & charges set by the embassy can be changed anytime without prior notice
- The visa fee to the embassy is separate from the service charges mentioned in the schedule of charges above and is to be paid extra
- Any sort of document preparation from any third party is to be paid extra
- Standard file processing time is 2 (Two) working days. Additional time may be required in case of lacking any documents or information
